Festschrift für Horst Konzen zum siebzigsten Geburtstag

Horst Konzen will turn 70 on June 24, 2006. His colleagues, students and friends have compiled this Festschrift as a tribute to him. It documents the entire scope of the research done by Horst Konzen, who is primarily an expert in the field of labor law, although the scholarly work he has done transcends this by far. His numerous publications on general civil law, commercial law, corporate law and the law of civil proceedings have been a lasting enrichment for legal science. The authors from Germany, Poland, Korea and Japan are evidence of Horst Konzen's diverse international contacts.
